Cancellation Policy

When an order is submitted and paid with credit card, the credit card will not be processed immediately, but within a few days. When a customer decides to cancel an order, and the credit card has already been processed and approved, 20% of the total purchase price (freight shipping not included) will be charged to receive a refund. The cancellation policy is in affect because equipment is custom made, per order.
